ORDER STATUS & DELIVERY

  1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
    Your order will be delivered within 7-10 working days to all the metros and tier I cities, while for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at care@joven.in.
      
  2.  HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?
    You will get a confirmation mail of the placed order on your registered email id and phone number. Besides we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

  3. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?
    In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at care@joven.in. We will do our best to get it delivered for you at the earliest.

  4. WILL MY AREA BE SERVICED BY YOUR LOGISTICS PROVIDER?
    In case you want confirmation on your pin code being serviced please write to us at care@joven.in.

  5. ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?
    There are no shipping charges for orders in India. In case of international orders shipping charges are applicable.

  6. DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF INDIA?
    At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

  1. HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ?

  2. HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT ?
    Return and exchange can be done through our Customer Support. Please contact customer support at +91 9514414465, also feel free to reach us at care@joven.in
    Returns/Replacements are not applicable on Innerwear / Boxers / Socks / Face Masks.
    You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. Hand the packet over to our courier person, and as soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will either issue you a voucher of the same amount.
    You can use the voucher credit points to buy anything else of the same amount from the website within 90 days.

  3. WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?
    In that case, please place a return request for the product with our customer support. Please contact customer support at +91 9514414465, also feel free to reach us at care@joven.in
    Once the return request is placed we will arrange to replace the product or refund the whole amount without any additional cost.
    For our records it is necessary to share a picture of the defect with our customer support.

  4. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

  5. WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
    You can only make your return within 10 days of receipt of your order.

  6. I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?
    You will receive the details on your registered email id and phone number once your replacement has been despatched.

  7. WHEN WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE PRODUCT  ?
    We do not have an Exchange Policy.

  8. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS FOR MY RETURNED ORDER?

  9. DOES JOVEN HAS A MONEY REFUND POLICY?
    Refunds will be provided in the form of vouchers of the same amount.You can use the voucher credit points to buy anything else of the same amount from the website within 90 days.
    In case of Money Refund, the amount will be directly credited to your bank account.

  10. CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A 'FREE PRODUCT' DEAL? 
    Any products purchased through a ‘FREE PRODUCT DEAL’ or any similar Special Offer is not eligible for returns.

    While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which will give you the detailed information on sizes and fit, Click on that and you’ll get to know what’s your perfect size.
